Born in the verdant countryside near Siem Reap, LCT Chhay Sivlin’s early years were steeped in the rich cultural tapestry of Cambodia. Her parents, recognizing her determination and thirst for knowledge, encouraged her education and fostered her dreams of positively impacting Cambodia’s tourism industry.

Founding CSL Travel & Tours
After completing her education, Sivlin embarked on a journey to turn her vision into reality. In the early 2000s, with a steadfast belief in Cambodia’s potential as a global tourism destination, she founded CSL Travel & Tours. Starting modestly, with a small team and a handful of eager travelers, Sivlin’s company quickly gained a reputation for offering immersive and culturally enriching experiences across Cambodia. From the iconic Angkor Wat temples to the tranquil countryside and vibrant cities, CSL Travel & Tours under Sivlin’s leadership showcased the diversity and charm of Cambodia to visitors from around the world.
