Our specialists may require deposits in some cases to secure reservations for services such as flights, cruises, hotels, and during certain peak travel periods.
The need for deposits, along with the applicable amounts and conditions (refundable or non-refundable), will be specified by our specialist on a case-by-case basis during travel planning and quotes.
Unless otherwise agreed, final payment is due as per the invoice no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice. We request timely payment, and it must be received by the date specified on the invoice.

The best time to travel to Cambodia is during the cooler dry season from November to February (moderate temperatures 20°C to 30°C).
March to May are dry but hot (up to 40°C). The rainy season, from June to October (25°C to 35°C) – heavy afternoon and evening rains, also known as the green season – lush landscapes, fewer tourists, and lower travel costs.
