Chef Sothea and his dedicated team offer morning cooking classes that begin with a tour of the restaurant’s one-hectare organic farm. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore the lush gardens and learn about the diverse range of Cambodian produce. The tour includes an introduction to various herbs and vegetables, providing insight into their culinary and medicinal uses. You’ll handpick the freshest ingredients for your cooking class, ensuring a truly authentic farm-to-table experience.
Under the guidance of skilled chefs, you’ll enjoy hands-on lessons in preparing four exquisite dishes from the Lum Orng menu. The chefs are passionate about sharing Cambodia’s rich culinary heritage and will provide detailed instructions and tips throughout the class. The need for deposits, along with the applicable amounts and conditions (refundable or non-refundable), will be specified by our specialist on a case-by-case basis during travel planning and quotes.
Unless otherwise agreed, final payment is due as per the invoice no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice. We request timely payment, and it must be received by the date specified on the invoice.

The best time to travel to Cambodia is during the cooler dry season from November to February (moderate temperatures 20°C to 30°C). March to May are dry but hot (up to 40°C). The rainy season, from June to October (25°C to 35°C) – heavy afternoon and evening rains, also known as the green season – lush landscapes, fewer tourists, and lower travel costs.
