Day by Day Program

Day 1:Phnom Penh - Kep

In the morning, transfer overland to the seaside town of Kep (3 hours, 175 km).

Kep is a tranquil coastal gem renowned for its delectable seafood and relaxing ambiance. Known for its famous crab market and idyllic resorts, Kep is the perfect place for relaxation. Nearby Kampot, celebrated for producing some of the world’s finest black, red, and white pepper, offers a unique experience with its pepper farms.

On the way, stop to explore Kampong Trach Limestone Cave, where vividly colored five-headed Naga serpents guard the entrance, and visit several shrines outside the caves.

Enjoy a seafood lunch at a waterfront restaurant (cost at your own expense) in Kep, with the assistance of your tour guide, where fresh catches are traditionally seasoned with local Kampot pepper. After lunch, continue to check in at your hotel, and relax for the rest of the day at your leisure.

Experience a relaxing cruise along Kep’s coast. Enjoy a serene ride on our converted fishing boat as you take in the stunning views of the seaside town at sunset.

Day 2:Kep - Kampot - Kep

This morning, visit the bustling Kep crab market, where you can observe crabs stored in baskets and cooked right on-site. Next, head to La Plantation, a family-owned pepper farm, stopping at salt farms along the way. Tour the pepper farm to learn about the different varieties—green, black, white, and red—and enjoy lunch at the farm’s restaurant, where you can sample fresh green peppercorns.

Afterward, explore the charming town of Kampot, known for its French colonial architecture and tranquil riverside. Stroll through the town, enjoy drinks at a riverside restaurant (at your own expense), or opt for a relaxing sunset cruise along the Kampot River (shared experience).

Return to Kep and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 4:Kep - Phnom Penh/Sihanoukville

Today, you’ll be transferred by private car to Phnom Penh International Airport for your flight home or onward journey (a 3-hour drive).

Alternatively, enjoy a three-hour coastal drive to Sihanoukville (130 km), where you’ll board a shared speedboat to an idyllic offshore island.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing via email and received in a timely manner. Please consider weekends, public holidays, and time zone differences when sending your cancellation.

The charges outlined below apply unless different or special terms have been specified at the time of quotation or booking via email:

Charges for partial/total cancellations:

Individual travelers (Up to 8 persons):

  • 31 days and more before arrival: Non-refundable deposit (if any)
  • Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit or 10% of total tour cost
  • Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit or 25% of total tour cost
  • Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival: 75% of total tour cost
  • Less than 48 hours or on-site cancellation/shortening: 100% of total tour cost

Is a deposit required to confirm the tour?

Our specialists may require deposits in some cases to secure reservations for services such as flights, cruises, hotels, and during certain peak travel periods.

The need for deposits, along with the applicable amounts and conditions (refundable or non-refundable), will be specified by our specialist on a case-by-case basis during travel planning and quotes.

How and when is the payment made?

Unless otherwise agreed, final payment is due as per the invoice no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice. We request timely payment, and it must be received by the date specified on the invoice.

Payments can be made by:

  • BANK TRANSFER to the bank account mentioned in the invoice. Bank charges must be covered by the agent at the origin.

What are the requirements going to Cambodia?

  • If you’re entering Cambodia via air, you must complete and submit an electronic e-Arrival Card (CeA) within 7 days before your arrival. There is no charge for this.
  • You need a visa to enter Cambodia. You can apply for an e-visa online or get a tourist visa on arrival. These are valid for 30 days.

Best time to visit Cambodia

The best time to travel to Cambodia is during the cooler dry season from November to February (moderate temperatures 20°C to 30°C). March to May are dry but hot (up to 40°C). The rainy season, from June to October (25°C to 35°C) – heavy afternoon and evening rains, also known as the green season – lush landscapes, fewer tourists, and lower travel costs.
