What is cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing via email and received in a timely manner. Please consider weekends, public holidays, and time zone differences when sending your cancellation.

The charges outlined below apply unless different or special terms have been specified at the time of quotation or booking via email:

Charges for partial/total cancellations:

Individual travelers (Up to 8 persons):

  • 31 days and more before arrival: Non-refundable deposit (if any)
  • Between 30 and 22 days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit or 10% of total tour cost
  • Between 21 and 15 days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit or 25% of total tour cost
  • Between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before arrival: 75% of total tour cost
  • Less than 48 hours or on-site cancellation/shortening: 100% of total tour cost

Is a deposit required to confirm the tour?

Our specialists may require deposits in some cases to secure reservations for services such as flights, cruises, hotels, and during certain peak travel periods.

The need for deposits, along with the applicable amounts and conditions (refundable or non-refundable), will be specified by our specialist on a case-by-case basis during travel planning and quotes.

How and when is the payment made?

Unless otherwise agreed, final payment is due as per the invoice no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice. We request timely payment, and it must be received by the date specified on the invoice.

Payments can be made by:

  • BANK TRANSFER to the bank account mentioned in the invoice. Bank charges must be covered by the agent at the origin.

What are the requirements going to Cambodia?

  • If you’re entering Cambodia via air, you must complete and submit an electronic e-Arrival Card (CeA) within 7 days before your arrival. There is no charge for this.
  • You need a visa to enter Cambodia. You can apply for an e-visa online or get a tourist visa on arrival. These are valid for 30 days.

Best time to visit Cambodia

The best time to travel to Cambodia is during the cooler dry season from November to February (moderate temperatures 20°C to 30°C). March to May are dry but hot (up to 40°C). The rainy season, from June to October (25°C to 35°C) – heavy afternoon and evening rains, also known as the green season – lush landscapes, fewer tourists, and lower travel costs.
